BPAI Informative Opinions.

As pointed out in this post at Patently-O, the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences (BPAI) is now publishing “informative opinions.” While not precedential, these opinions are selected because they are thought to provide useful guidance to both Patent Examiners and Practitioners.
